For World Meditation Day, we will work on different Myofascial release techniques to move, stretch, release and decompress.

Take yourself away from the desk and onto the mat for 40 minutes of mindful movement on "World Meditation Day". As we move into the brighter Summer months, take this time to reset, declutter and move mindfully in this lunchtime class. The focus of this 40-minute unique class will be to move and deepen our Pilates practice with gentle movements, deep stretches, hip openers and twists that will unblock stiffness and that "stuck" feeling in the body and boost our energy levels.

After our 25 minutes of movement, we will then ease ourselves into a relaxing yoga Nidra that will help you to visualise and set your intentions for the days ahead. You will leave this lunchtime session feeling rejuvenated, focused and ready to move through the rest of your day on a positive note. This will be a gentle practice suitable for all levels. About the Host:

Audrey O’Connor’s background is in Sports therapy, Rehabilitation and Personal training but Pilates became her passion. After working with an array of clients over the years ranging from strength and conditioning Ireland’s top-class athletes, Audrey furthered her studies with Polestar Pilates UK and qualified as a Polestar Pilates Practitioner, one of the world's top Pilates qualifications.
