Mindful Mondays 2020 online weekly sessions using Zoom at 11am

About this Event
Join our weekly Mindfulness online session which is organised as part of the Flourish Project at the Family Centre Castlebar. It is open to all adults who wish to enhance their wellbeing. This 30 min guided practical session in Mindfulness techniques includes gentle exercises, a body scan using poetry and music which can be done in seated position. No experience necessary. There is no charge for this service. To be able to take part you must have a phone, tablet or computer with Zoom downloaded. All microphones will be muted so you don't need to worry about background noise in your house and you can simply relax as you won’t be asked to speak.
Series 1: Aug 31st, Sept 7th, 14th, 21st
Series 2: Sept 28th, Oct 5th, 12th, 19th,
Series 3: Nov 2nd, 9th, 16th, 23rd
Series 4: Nov 30th, Dec 7th, 14th
* Please note there will be no Mindful Mondays on October 26th
Maura is a Project Worker with the Flourish Project in the Family Centre. She is a qualified counsellor and facilitator. She is deeply committed to supporting individuals to reconnect with their interests as a natural means of self-care and deeper self -expression.
*These dates are all provisional as we are adhering strictly to government guidelines on holding any public events at this time. Our plan is for series 1 & 2 to be held online and series 3 & 4 at the Castlebar Library if possible at that time.
