Mindful Sounds is a grounding practice, weaving mindfulness and sound therapy for greater presence & improved well-being.
About this event
This class explores mindful meditation practices to help ground into the body, and harness the power of sound as a medium to access deeper states of meditation.
These practices are incredibly powerful and compliment and enhance each other, supporting participants in accessing a deeper sense of inner connection, and feeling centred and grounded, in body and mind.
This class is designed to offer an opportunity to engage with these practices, whether as a beginner or for those with previous experience, to explore how both can nourish body and mind and enrich moment to moment experience.
Together we will practice with curiosity to whatever arises, and see how these potent practices may enhance receptivity and aliveness, sharpen the senses and support new ways of seeing the world and relating to experience.
Chloe (Sonas Sounds) draws on 10 years experience of working with sound, and is a certified teacher of Mindfulness-based Interventions.
