About the program

The 8-week mindfulness program teaches mindfulness to help you cope with illness, pain, discomfort and stress.

Participants in the group class learn a lot from each other and support from fellow participants can be of powerful assistance in meeting many of the common challenges faced in daily life.

A Harvard research shows that 8 weeks of Mindfulness training rewires your neural networks, reduces cortisol levels, improves cognition, memory & executive function, and results in extensive physiological benefits, creating a healthier, more resilient, productive and peaceful you.

Course Format

1,5 hour classes once a week for 8 weeks online through Zoom.


Eight consecutive Wednesdays:

Class 1: June 9

Class 2: June 16

Class 3: June 23

(Grounding and strengthening our mind)

Class 4: June 30

Class 5: July 7

Class 6: July 14

(Opening and understanding our mind)

Class 7: July 21

Class 8: July 28

(Applying mindfulness practices to all aspects of life)

Full price: € 300;

Early bird: € 240 before (May 25th)

Participant Materials & Support:

Participants are provided with worksheets and MP3 guided practice recordings. Participants will have phone and email access to Beatrice for questions and support outside of class times.
