Set yourself up for 2022 with this sel care course using meditation to help you to relax and visualise your next steps for your life

About this event

If you are ready to set your self care goals & intentions for the rest of the year 2021 then this is the space to do it.


So whether you want to change your career, find romance, get fit or make a change in your life for the better, setting an intention is the first step.

In this Mindfulness and Self Care for Mind, Body & Soul course you will get an immersive group coaching experience where I will coach you through what you want to achieve for the rest of the year and how to set goals to do it. I will also help you to create a positive self care plan for yourself and teach you how to use meditation & EFT Tapping for self care.

We will start with visualisation meditations to really get clear on what it is you want, get clarity on your values and get a vague notion of goals. Then we will deep dive into setting intentions so as to achieve these goals, using a combination of journaling and EFT Tapping.

This course runs for 4 weeks starting Monday 14th November 2021. You will receive printable resources for each module sent out by email before each session.

You will need:

- a notebook and pen

- a warm, quiet place where you can sit and meditate

- candles, oils or incense to make the experience even better

- a strong internet connection for the Zoom links to work
