Description

This 8 week Mindfulness program will give you the tools to start really enjoying life. Typically we can spend a lot of time caught up in the past or worrying about the future, with this consistant mindfulness practice you will begin to get more comfortable living in the moment. Really 'Being with' whatever you are doing.
The program recommends that you commit to a daily practice, this is supported with CD's and a workbook.
This progarm was developed in 1969 by Jon Kabat-Zinn and has been emirically studied with thousands of clinical studies showing substantial benefits in regards to stress, depression, anxiety, a range of physical and emotional conditions.
We meet every week for 2hrs and have a day retreat typically in week 6.
I like to keep the groups small (8-12 people) so places are limited, book now to reserve your place.
