Description

For this mindfulness in May day, we celebrate summertime and the success of living another year. We may be filled with anticipation of holidays and bright sunny days. What better time to take a pause and cultivate awareness, balance and appreciation of the lives we are living. Join us for a series of mindfulness practices that will focus on bringing awareness to this sensational life. Most of the day day will be spent in shared friendly silence and is best for people who have some experience of practising mindfulness, yoga or similar breath/body practices. We will practice a series of mindfulness meditation practices, core to the MBSR and .bF 8 weeks courses. When we practice silence, we allow ourselves to stop the outside chatter and the internal chatter to be and to rest as is. We may discover we can let go of old stories in new ways.
