Join this Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) group program to improve your mental, emotional, physical and relationship wellbeing.

Led by Psychologist, Cognitive Behaviour Therapist and Couples Therapist and experienced Mindfulness trainer and practitioner Arran Kennedy this program is ideal for anyone wanting to learn the essential practices and science of Mindfulness.

Mindfulness has been used since 1983 to treat chronic pain, prevent relapse into depression and to manage anxiety. More recently Mindfulness has been developed to manage life stress and to improve focus and performance.
