What is Mindfulness Meditation?

Mindfulness Meditation is a MENTAL TRAINING PRACTICE that involves FOCUSING your mind on your EXPERIENCES (like your emotions, thoughts, and sensations) in the PRESENT MOMENT

What you will learn in this Mindfulness Meditation Workshop:

  • How to calm down the every-day chatter of the mind and help yourself to become more present in your daily life

  • How to pay attention to whatever you are experiencing, as you experience it, without judgement or criticism

  • How to create deep relaxation, peace and harmony in your mind and body

  • How to create an awareness within and around you

  • How to use breathing practice, mental imagery, awareness of body and mind, and muscle and body relaxation

  • How to create a safe space for mental, emotional, physical healing, repair and recovery
