About this Event
You are welcome to join us in this workshop for you. Our aim is to guide you and advice you on your wellness. This workshop will be divided in to 3 sections, Yoga & Meditation, Nutrition, and Peaceful walking in nature.
Yoga & Meditation:
We will explore the Himalayan Traditions of Yoga. Yoga is for everyone, young and old and no matter what your level or ability is. It will bring enlightenment. Yoga is not a mere physical exercise but an ancient science and practices to know the mind and it`s modifications, master it and transform one`s own body and mind.
Nutrition:
We will cover the best way to fuel your body. The benefits of choosing the right food for yourself. The key areas we will educate ourselves on sourcing of goodness and finding alternatives. Good nutrition is the key to good mental and physical wealth. The kind and amount of food you eat affects the way you feel and how your body and mind works.
Peaceful Walk in Nature:
We will spend some quite time walking in nature and reflecting. You will learn to focus and relax your mind and we tap in to Mother Nature`s Natural Environment. You can enjoy yourself and your surroundings. As we connect to the earth and feel the fresh air we breathe and enjoy the wellness we gain from the outdoors.
Cost: 55 euro per person
Please wear comfortable clothing and bring your own Mat, Blocks, and Cushion if possible. You might want to bring a light lunch with you. We will provide Tea, Coffee and healthy treats.
