We are inviting young people aged 13-17 to join textile artist Lorraine Colleran at the Art Flow Studio, Garage Theatre Monaghan, by using fabric paint on cotton to show how to create their chosen image of Monaghan and sewing onto the fabric to create extra designed detail with beads.

The young people will capture the character of Monaghan through its rolling landscape and familiar drumlin scenery alongside its growing towns, villages and communities. It will capture the young artist's visual representation of their hometown, through a mixture of mediums. They will either choose from a selection of selected images that best describes their hometown or they can source their own image for the project in week one. The artwork will be completed over 4 weeks through 1 hour group workshops (in person) each week.

Commencing Saturday 14th May at 1pm.

Must commit to attend all four Saturdays - exhibition of work will be displayed on Cruinniú Day 11th June.
