About this event
"Developing a Sustainable Regional Food Branding Strategy for the Dingle Peninsula/Corca Dhuibhne" is a 2021-2022 training programme which aims to deliver on-going support for the branding of products from sustainable farming, fishing and food production in the region.
The programme is open to farmers, fishers, artisan and micro producers, chefs, hospitality providers, retailers, tour guides and strategic partners within the NEWKD catchment area of the Dingle Peninsula /Corca Dhuibhne so that collectively they can define the unique features of food and drink on the peninsula, their historic and current stories and emerging vision.
Module 11: Lessons Learned with The Discovery Team and all the participants of the Dingle Peninsula Sustainable Food Branding Programme will reflect on the progress, learnings and successes of the Programme including the creation of Corca Dhuibhne's Sustainable Food Network, its brand development and emerging Strategy. Guest Speakers: Paul Ruane, Midpoint Creative and Joe Kelliher, Teagasc. So do join us for the final workshop in the Programme - Module 11's Lessons Learned - on Tuesday 24th May from 9.30am to 12.30pm at the Dingle Skellig Hotel. Tea Coffee & Scones served from 9.15am. Please note this is a live working session. No recording will be available so please make time in your diary and come along.
