4 Weeks of Online Sessions

Women in Sport and Laois Sports Partnership is dedicated to delivering great online classes for women during these unprecedented times.
Come on and we guarantee you will have a blast!
The group focused on will be mothers and daughters from all GAA backgrounds. The classes will be tailored towards mothers, guardians, daughters, and sisters.
Starts :
Tuesday 23rd February at 6.30pm for 4 weeks and finishes Friday the 19th March.
Tuesday nights will focus on Gaelic Football clubs - incorporate football into our sessions.
Friday nights consist of Camogie/Hurling based clubs - incorporate hurling/camogie into our sessions.
Bootcamp classes are 60 minutes sessions.
The aim of this programme is to encourage Mothers/Guardians and Daughters to enjoy physical activity together and to form a bond that may help encourage the increase in participation in sports amongst women of all ages.
How it works...
STEP 1:
Register your details on Eventbrite - Free of Charge. All participants in the same household will need to register. If any persons are Under 18, parents will have to fill out the form .
STEP 2:
When you register you will receive the link to join the class
Zoom
Zoom is the online training platform that will be used for this training.
- You can download Zoom and join the meeting using the meeting ID which we will email to you. For windows or Mac select the first option (Zoom client for meetings), and there is a link to tablet/smartphone devices on the same page.
