Indulge in the magic of yoga nidra meditation. There is no movement, just profound peace, relaxation and calm. Take time out for yourself.

About this event

Yoga Nidra is a method of inducing complete mental, emotional and physical relaxation. Facilitated by Laura McDonald (Eden Wellness, https://linktr.ee/LauraMcDonald ) it is practiced while lying in savasana, remaining completely still throughout.

Please arrive at least 5 minutes early so we can begin our relaxation on time.

What you’ll need: a mat, a blanket to cover you, a light pillow for support of your head, or under the legs, if required.

Yoga Nidra - The Blissful Relaxation

Sleep gives only mind and sense relaxation.

Bliss relaxes the atma, the inner self;

That is why, in tantra,

Yoga nidra is the doorway to samadhi.”
