This is a reoccurring event every first Saturday of the month, Its gentle journey inward through cacao, breath, rest, and reflection.

It’s a chance to slow down, reconnect with yourself and recharge, all in the company of like minded people.

Each month, we gather in a gentle, welcoming space to share in practices like breathwork, cacao, journaling, and deep rest. It’s not just a class , it’s a community.

What you need for this event

Please wear comfortable clothing whatever helps you feel most like yourself and at ease. You’re also invited to bring your favorite journal and pen for the guided journaling portion of the workshop.

If you have any allergies or dietary needs, especially regarding the cacao ceremony, please let me know in advance. I typically prepare the cacao with ceremonial-grade cacao, raw honey, and oat milk. If you're celiac or have specific preferences, I can make a version with dairy or leave out the honey entirely. Your well-being always comes first

About Shannen Shannen is a wellness guide with over 400 hours of training in yoga, Pilates, and meditation. Her passion is helping people reconnect with themselves—mind, body, and breath. Through gentle, mindful practices, she creates space for others to slow down, build inner strength, and care for their overall well-being.Shannen’s journey into teaching began during a time in her life when balance felt out of reach. Through her own healing, she found strength in stillness and purpose in mindfulness. Today, she’s dedicated to sharing that wisdom and offering others the kindness, tools, and space to rediscover their own inner calm and clarity.
