Online Restorative Yoga class suitable for everyone

About this event

This monthly Restorative practice is a simple and effective way to take care of your body and mind.

Restorative yoga is a practice that helps us to access the parasympathetic nervous system (PNS) through gentle movement, support poses, breathing and meditation. The practice is nourishing and deeply relaxing, best practiced in a warm environment in cosy clothes/pajamas.

Suitable for everyone. Please email fabianamizzoni@gmail.com in advance if you are pregnant. Class sign up closes 20 mins prior to start time.

If you don't have yoga props at home (bolster, blocks) Please have the following alternatives ready for class:

  • 4 cushions/pillows.
  • A small stack of books.
  • Several blankets.
  • A couple of large towels.
  • Eye bag or mask, or a t-shirt to cover your eyes.
  • A scarf or the belt from a nightgown.
  • A chair (or if you're near the couch/bed that's perfect).
