Event description
A 30 min Flow class with a mix of Yoga, Animal Flow, FRC Mobility & Breathwork. Each week will have a different focus & pace.

About this event

Start your hump-day right with a total body mobility flow

Each week will have a different style of flow, to match different phases of your menstrual cycle. Don't worry if you are out of sync with me (or don't menstruate), there is still tonnes of benefits to joining in.

THIS WEEK: Slow, recovery-focused flow.

Classes will be recorded and available for playback.

Classes will be donation based with 35% going to Women's Aid, 35% going to UN Women's Afghan Appeal. 

Please note that this class is not suitable for those who are pregnant. Classes are suitable for those who are 12+ weeks postpartum. Please inform me if you are postnatal.
