About this event
Based on traditional Tibetan healing practices, and suitable for all ages and fitness levels, Kum Nye’s simple movement and breathing exercises lead us to a greater stillness and a felt-sense of what meditation really is.
For newer people it is a gateway to meditation, for others a path to deepen our practice.
What to Bring
Kum Nye is a slow and meditative form of yoga. It is good to wear clothing that allows free movement, yoga mats are not necessary, You may like to bring your favourite cushion and blanket, otherwise they are provided. Chairs are available for anyone who prefers to sit higher. You may like to bring an extra pair of warm socks.

Testimonials
“Kum Nye is a very unique and special way of bringing meditation and body movement together, and Matt embodies this skill with lovely ease and humour.” Geraldine
“Kum Nye is new to me and I am enthralled at its application and benefits. To intersperse the sitting meditation and Kum Nye exercises is a real plus plus!” Marie
“I felt I had come through a very satisfying workout without the pervasive intense physical efforting. And the bonus of landing with expanded awareness in my body and breath. I hope to maintain the practice!” Teresa
