Mum Talks Baby Club - An Introduction to Weaning

We are thrilled to have Founder of Weaning.ie, Weaning Expert and Registered Paediatric Dietitian Cathy Monaghan join us.

Cathy will give a talk to help prepare you for your Weaning journey with your baby and share her top tips and answer all your questions.

Cathy is a Mum of 3 with over 15 years experience in CHI @ Temple Street as a senior Paediatric Dietitian.

As a senior Paediatric Dietitian her work is dedicated to educating, empowering and enabling parents to feed their children what they need without unnecessary cost, time, tantrums or guilt. Why? Because weaning is the foundation of nurturing a lifelong positive relationship with food.

Weaning.ie was created to allow all parents access to evidenced based essentials on how to feed your babies, toddlers and families to minimise illness, concern, battles and overwhelm. This isn’t about should or shouldn’t it’s about creating a positive lifelong relationship with food, as a family. Working with us is not about the weight of our children, it’s about reducing the weight of motherhood on our shoulders to get it right 100% of the time.

How we eat can be as important as what we eat. Weaning is chapter one. A lifelong relationship with food is the full story.

Weaning.ie provides Weaning and Toddler Masterclasses. We are also available for 1:1 consultations. As we are registered and regulated, working with us is covered by your health insurance.

Tickets cost €10 + Eventbrite Fee. A recording of the talk will be made available to you via a private link (sent to you the day after the event) for one week after the live event in case you miss it or want to watch it again.

The event will be live via Zoom, a link will be sent to everyone who registers and the event will be available to watch back for one week if you missed it or would like to watch again.
