'Muscle for the Masses' is Ross Byrne Coaching's premier education weekend for Coaches and Trainees discussing all things Hypertrophy.

About this Event

'Muscle for the Masses' is an exploration into the applicaton and validity of hypertrophy based training. Across the weekend we will discuss the why's, the how's and the value in understanding the specifics of building muscle for just about every population. As well as the practical application of this understanding into your own training or your own coaching practice.

Who is this weekend for? The course has been designed not just for coaches, but for anyone who feels they can become better by further developing their knowledge on the subject from the ground up.

For you, the coach that works with a multitude of different clientele. Athletes, lifestyle clients all the way through to aging populations and more. Coaches who want to make the quality of their service better through educational development.

For you, the trainee who wants to learn even more on the in's and outs of getting strong, jacked and healthy. To elevate your own training standards and put yourself ahead of the curve. To be better at being better.

I have spent my career investing time and money into education - learning from the greatest minds in the industry (as well as from my mistakes). I have spent and continue to spend tens of thousand of hours on the floor and online working with every population imaginable. So, to be in a position today where I can help other coaches, trainees and fitness enthusiasts elevate their standards make's me incredibly excited.

The goal of this weekend is not to give you the 'golden egg' or the 'definitive guide on all things muscle.' But, to develop how you think about the principle foundations of Hypertrophy, its validitity and its application.

I really hope you'll join me in Southside Gym for what I promise to be a valuable, enjoyable, progresive and accessible weekend. Peace and love.

Things to note:

- Southside Gym is located in the heart of the SBD, is 5 minutes walk from the Stillorgan Luas Stop and is easily accesible by Bus.

- There is local carparking available in the area.

- Both days will run from 10am-4pm. It is encouraged to to arrive 10-15 minutes early to get used to your learning surroundings, get to know the the other attendees and settle in.

- Non-members of Southside Gym will need to pay a EUR10 day pass on both days for insurance reasons and to allow you to participate in the practical work. (This is not included in the prices above but has been taken into consideration in the total price of the weekend)

- We ask you to respect the other patrons of the gym who are not taking part in the workshop by being tidy and respectful of the environment.

- Handwritten or Computer-based notetaking is encouraged so long as it does not take away form your ability to be present and absorb the information.

- There will be multiple breaks and a 30-45 minute lunch to eat on both days. Water and other refreshments will be provided FOC on the day. More food-related news to come..

- There will be more surprsises in the lead-up and on the day of the seminar.

- Any sharing on social media channels is encouraged and massively appreciated.

- All signed up atendees will be added to a relevant mailing list for regular updates on the event as they come.
