About this event

The National Student Engagement Network, bringing together student representatives and staff from across NStEP's 25 participating higher educations, is back in-person for the first time since March 2020!

The Network will hear from international keynote speakers, students and staff from across Irish HE, and provide plenty of opportunity for attendees to debate and explore current issues in student engagement.

A full line-up of speakers and contributors will be announced in due course.

The event will be held in partnership with Maynooth University Students' Union and Maynooth University, with the main proceedings taking place in the University Library on South Campus.

Developing the leadership capabilities of students in Irish higher education through training has been central to NStEP’s work since the programme was first piloted in 2016. Our Introductory Class Rep Training module has been the cornerstone of the NStEP Student Training Programme, and to date over 5,300 students have participated in our training programme.
