The conferring of academic awards at National College of Ireland is a very special occasion and is the highlight of the college's academic year. It is a day of celebration when family, friends and college staff rejoice in the achievements of our newest graduates.

The courses being conferred in this session are:

• Postgraduate Diploma Science in FinTech - PGDFT

• Postgraduate Diploma in Science in Web Technologies - PGDWTEC

• Higher Diploma in Science in Computing - HDCOM

• Higher Diploma in Science in FinTech - HDFINTECH

• Higher Diploma in Science in Web Technologies - HDSWTECH

• BSc in Business Information Systems - BSHBISE

Running Order

12pm - Registration Ground Floor

12pm-1pmm - Gowning and Photography 1st floor

1.45pm - Guests will take their seats in the Kelly Theatre on the ground floor

1.45pm (SHARP) - Registration Cut off

1.45pm - Graduands will be called to make their way to the 2nd floor for Processional Arrangement

2pm (SHARP) - Ceremony Commences

3pm - Ceremony Concludes After Ceremony Reception on ground floor

Things to Note

• Gowning will be available the 27th March from 4pm-6pm in the National College of Ireland in room 1.02.

• Students will not be able to graduate of they are not in good standing with the College

• Graduates will NOT be permitted to leave the ceremony until it has concluded

• There is a strict cut off time for Registration (1:45pm)

• This ticket allows Graduands to bring 2 guests to the ceremony.

Photography

Lafayette Photography are the official graduation photographers of National College of Ireland. It is advisable to pre-book your photography online at www.lafayette.ie through the “Graduation Photography” section. Online bookings will close at midday the day before your graduation day.

Lafayette is open 2 hours prior to your ceremony and to avoid queues you can have your photograph taken beforehand. You do not need your certificate for your photograph as a prop will be provided

Before the Ceremony

• Purchase your tickets online through Eventbrite - each ticket includes an admission of 2 guests

• Print your tickets for the day

• Gowning will be available the night before Graduation at the National College of Ireland

• Reserve your photography online with Lafayette (optional)
