About this event

NEARIMeet at CARNival is a special event to celebrate the CARN annual meeting.

It is a meeting for people who are new to action research, as well as those who are life-long action researchers. It is an opportunity for people who are interested in practitioner research to come together; to explore their practice with a view to generating theory from it; to engage in critical conversations and share stories of their learning.

You will hear from current researchers, Aislinn Kennedy and Jane O'Connell, on how facilitating voice in educational action research has influenced educational practices. Dr Hillary Bradbury - of the Action Research Plus Network and editor of The Sage Handbook of Action Research - invites us to connect with each other and use our voices to support Action Researchers for Transformation.
