Siobhan O’Shea, Client Services Director with CPL, will share lessons from her varied career journey to date which spans from being an investment advisor on Wall Street to her current role and sitting on a number of boards.
A seasoned professional, frequent speaker and qualified Executive Coach, she will talk about exploring a career with meaning as well as resilience, leadership and striking more equality for women in the workplace.
Bio Siobhan O'Shea
Siobhan O’Shea is Client Services Director for Cpl Resources plc, Ireland’s largest talent solutions organization and a member of the Cpl leadership team. She heads up Diversity & Inclusion for Cpl’s ‘Future of Work’ Institute and is a frequent speaker and brand ambassador on workplace and labour market trends, the future of work and D&I. Siobhan’s experience spans 18 years recruitment and talent leadership experience in Ireland combined with 7 years’ experience in New York and San Francisco.
Siobhan is a member of the Board of Directors of Chambers Ireland and the Dublin Chamber of Commerce. She is also Vice President of the National Recruitment Federation and Chair of the Dublin Regional Skills Forum; a Department of Education and Skills initiative. Siobhan is actively involved in supporting the Trinity College Centre for People with Intellectual Disabilities and the Open Doors Initiative. As a 30% Club member, she has mentored in their cross company mentoring programme.
Siobhan previously held a number of leadership roles with global recruitment firm Morgan McKinley. Her early career was spent as an Investment Advisor on Wall Street and as a Producer for financial television network CNBC. Siobhan qualified with a Bachelor of Commerce from UCD. She is a qualified Executive Coach and recently successfully completed the Institute of Director Chartered Director exams.
