About this event
I have been making sulphite-free hedge wines for a number of years, I look forward to sharing those techniques with you at this event. This workshop will teach you what you need to know to make a range of drinkable wines; from equipment needed to ingredients, sterilisation, essential skills, recipes and amendments.
We will make berry wine, conifer beer, mead and talk you through the process of making flower wines.
The workshop will take place outdoors under cover in a gorgeous location on the side of a hill South of Nenagh.
This event is only for people over the age of 18.
