Our coaching & yoga workshop will help you let go of a challenging 2021 & nourish your mind, body & soul. Move into 2022 with ease & focus.

About this event

Take a couple of hours out for yourself at the start of the new year to reflect, let go and refocus.

Roisin from @roisinyogapilates will guide you through a gentle flow that will help you tune in to your body and discover where you are holding tension and help you let go & relax your body.

Elaine from @acuppacoaching will coach you to gain some clarity on what you want to leave behind from the year gone by and what is most important to you for the coming year and beyond.

We are not charging for the event but are instead asking for a donation to our chosen charity, Alzheimer's Society of Ireland. We have a suggested donation of €10.


Yourself (regardless of your energy on the day!)

Comfortable clothes that you can practice yoga in

A quiet space with room to move (you may like to have some cushions, and a blanket candles for your yoga practice. A kitchen chair is can be handy to have near your mat if you need a little support for balancing postures)

A yoga mat

Notebook & pen

A cup of tea or coffee or glass of water

A laptop (or phone if needed) with the latest version of Zoom on your device

The Yoga session is perfect for:

* Everyone!

* No previous yoga experience is required, this workshop will be inclusive for all.

* If you have injuries, work within your limits, ease back or take a break when you need to. You should never feel pain in a yoga class.

* If you are pregnant please let us know in advance and make sure to listen to your body and take the practice at your own pace and to suit how you are feeling on the day.
