A day-long holistic workshop exploring cycle tracking, intuitive eating & movement and the revolutionary power of rest.

About this event

Do you want to feel awakened and empowered to step away from the tenets of diet culture and perfectionism, to learn how to work with your body not against it?

If you want to feel at ease and connected to your body then this is the workshop for you.

My goal is to help everyday women feel good in themselves, empowering them to work with their bodies, not against them.

Take the first step to learn how to nourish yourself - body, mind and spirit.

This online day-long workshop will be a mix of educational content, interactive discussion, movement and meditation. Attendance is required to garner the most from this workshop, but recordings can be made available.

What we will cover:

Cycle

  • Basics of hormones, cycle tracking & menstrual cycle health
  • How to align with your cycle - introducing the concepts of cyclical living (eating, moving & living in sync with your cycle)

Body

  • The pitfalls of overtraining and underfueling
  • How to adjust intensity based on your energy, mood, and cycle-phase

Nutrition

  • Gentle nutrition - learn how to tap into your hunger signals
  • Break free from the idea of restrictive dieting and diet culture
  • Learn the tools that will help you feel nourished, energetic and

Soul

  • The importance of self-care & recovery
  • How to carve out time for yourself and prioritise your needs

Move & Meditate:

  • We will start the morning with a grounding meditation to set the tone & connect in with your body
  • Before lunch we will do a fun workout to get the blood pumping
  • To finish the day, we'll close with a restorative movement session to nourish your body & soul

FAQs

Q: I can't make the whole day. Will it be recorded?

A: Yes, you definitely can. There is benefit to attending in person as you can ask questions as we go, but it the sessions will be recorded in case you can't attend the full session.

Q: What if I am on the pill? Can I still attend?

A: 100% . The majority of the information will still be applicable to you and very useful. There will be some of the cycle tracking that may not be applicable to you as you do not ovulate but this will be only be a small part.

Q: What if I am peri/post-menopausal? Can I still attend?

A: 100% . Just like above, the majority of the information will still be applicable to you and very useful. If you are post-menopausal there will be some of the cycle tracking that may not be applicable to you as you do not ovulate but this will be only be a small part. The principles of Women's Wellness & Cyclical Living can still be applied to your life.

Q: What if I am use the copper/hormonal coil? Can I still attend?

A: 100% . If you are on the copper coil you will still be ovulating as you do not have any synthetic hormones with your form of contraception. If you are on the hormonal coil, you may go through a period of not ovulating but many women start again approx. 6 months afterwards. The majority of the information will still be applicable to you and very useful.
