We are pleased to announce we will be holding our next Trusted Advisor Group

event on Tuesday the 19th of November in the Kilashee Hotel, Co.Kildare. The

event will run from 9.15am to 1.00pm.

As always we have chosen the events topics based on what we believe needs

to be discussed within the industry. The following is what we will be covering

on the day :

( 1 ) The Fair Deal Scheme : Ultan Hynes of the HSE will be discussing case

studies & dispelling myths regarding the fair deal scheme in Ireland.

( 2 ) The Power of Attorney : Ray Lambe of OSM Solicitors will be discussing

recent power of attorney cases and how to approach the subject correctly.

( 3 ) The Use of Trusts : Pauric Druhan of Pearse Trust will be covering the use

of trusts in relation to estate planning and will offer us examples of recent

cases that have been executed.
