This session is best undertaken before you have an imminent need to recruit!! Good succession plan is key to your school’s flourishing. This session will help you to consider questions around the future leadership of your school and ensure that you are able to plan effectively for future recruitment. Please contact your ODBE adviser and your maintaining authority if you are planning to recruit soon!
