Description

One Day Therapy Course for Accidental Coaches and Therapists that is 100% FREE!

A one day therapy course to learn key coaching and therapy skills to help you and the people you love to get more out of life by using more of your mind. This course is perfect for you if…

  • People come to you looking for advice
  • You love helping people when they have a problem
  • Or if you just wish you could do more to help the people you love

If This Is You, Then You Are Not Alone!

Hundreds and thousands of people all across Ireland are accidental coaches and therapists. They are the shoulder we cry on and the person we talk to when we are feeling down. They are the unsung heroes in our local community. They are driven by a strong desire to help when people face a crisis.

Help Is Finally At Hand

Up until now there was no place where kind-hearted people could go and learn the exact same skills used by coaches and therapists in professional practice.

But now you too can begin to learn the same tools that the top therapists use in their clinics. Coaching and therapy skills that are so effective that cause some therapists to have long waiting lists for appointments.

Take Just One Day To Build Your Confidence, Skills and Your Network

Join a Group of Like Minded People Who Want To Ease The Pain and Bring Joy and Happiness Into The Lives of Others

You are invited to join me Susan Wallace for Therapy School this Summer. I will share with you some of the most effective coaching and therapy skills available. You’ll be able to take your skills to the next level and help yourself, your friends, your family and even your colleagues at work. I've been teaching therapists how to be the best, have the best and give their best for more than 25 years. Every year I run the Double Diploma in Hypnotherapy and Mind Coaching course on campus at the Marino Institute in Dublin and at the University of Limerick.

Best of All This Course is 100% FREE! Because Your Hard Work and Efforts Should Be Recognised and Rewarded

Because your hard work and efforts should be recognised and rewarded. After all, you don’t charge others for your time so you deserve a random act of kindness.

The only thing you have to do is recognise you deserve it and accept it. And accepting can be the hard part… Because so many people who help others often don’t like to put themselves first. They are reluctant to take time out for themselves.

Just For One Day Put Yourself First So You Can Give More To Others

On this one day course, you will learn how to help yourself and others to…

#1 Relax and Let Go

Discover how to help someone experiencing an anxiety attack to feel calm, relaxed and confident quickly and easily. Whether it’s your kids getting ready for exams, friends going through a rough patch in a relationship or someone you love who is struggling with a personal problem.

#2 Manage Anxiety

Anxiety is caused by unhelpful thinking patterns. You’ll learn some essential skills to change the thought patterns that cause the vicious cycle of anxiety.

#3 End Self Sabotage

We all sabotage ourselves from time to time. We see our partners, our kids and our friends do great for a while and then watch as they make the same old mistakes over and over again. But it doesn’t have to be that way. There is a simple but highly effective process you can learn and that you can teach others to help end the cycle of self-sabotage.

#4 Let Go Of The Past

We all know people who just can’t move on. The events of the past colour their judgement and stop them from living fully in the present. You’ll learn how to help yourself and others reframe the past as a powerful learning resource that will help make the future much better than the past.

#5 Develop A Lucky Personality

So many of us grew up with a scarcity-based mindset. We believed that good things and opportunities weren’t for people like us. However, it’s now been scientifically proven that luck is a character trait that can be developed. You’ll learn how to become more open to opportunities and develop an abundance mindset as you move through life.

The Benefits of Learning These Skills Are Enormous

  1. You’ll HAVE a set of tools to help people to push past their problems.
  2. You’ll MAKE a big difference by doing little things to help the people you love.
  3. You’ll BECOME more confident in yourself and your ability to help.
  4. You’ll EMPOWER the people you love to take ownership of their problems.
  5. You’ll FEEL a deep sense of personal satisfaction that you are no longer helpless but helpful no matter what challenges may arise in life.
  6. You’ll KNOW that what you’re doing comes from evidence-based therapy such as cognitive behavioural therapy, mindfulness, positive psychology and mind coaching practice.

You Will Learn Therapy Skills You Can Share With Others. Skills That Will Stand The Test Of Time…
