About the Clinics:

The Branding and Service Innovation Clinics are a chance for small businesses and organisations to talk with a Branding and Design Consultant about the development and management of their business branding and how they can think of new ways to deliver their product or service. 

Unlike other branding clinics, each person/business, organisation or person with a business idea will get feedback tailored specifically to their needs. This is made possible by completing a short questionnaire online beforehand. This is great for making the best use of the 1-hour session and giving you the best plan for your business or idea going forward.

What will you get out of the Clinics?You will walk away from the Clinic with a clear understanding of areas where you can enhance your service, product, business ideas and internal processess.

For example, most businesses will have a process that their Customers or Users will go through to use products or services. The Branding and Design Consultant will analyse this process to highlight areas that can be improved. This could mean having your sign-up forms in a digital format so your Customers and Users don't have to download a form fill it out by hand, scan and send it back. They could fill out this form on their smartphone. This would make it easier to track information and streamline communication with the Customer or User.

So what does all this mean for your business?

Research in the UK, conducted by the UK Design Council, established that for every £1 businesses, small or large spent on design they could expect back £20 in increased revenue and £4 in increased profits.
