About this event

Discover the joy of movement & connecting with your pregnant body and your baby, in this 4 week 'Introduction to Pregnancy Yoga' course. The practice will focus on slowing down the racing mind, creating much needed fluidity & space in your body and building the strength and stamina needed to support your pregnancy and the birth of your baby. No yoga experience is needed but you must be 12+ weeks in your pregnancy.
