This is a FREE 6 week online Pilates programme aimed to emphasis proper postural alignment, core strength and muscle balance.

About this event

Pilates is a method of exercise that consists of low impact flexibility and muscular strength and endurance movements. It emphasises proper postural alignment, core strength and muscle balance.

In this six week course Simone will introduce you to the fundamentals of the Pilates method and how to safely move through the exercises. Enjoy the many benefits associated with Pilates such as reduced back pain, better mobility and flexibility and an overall feeling of well being.
