A dynamic practice where movement is paired with breath. This class promotes strength, flexibility and an overall sense of well-being.

About this event

Open to all levels from newbie yogis to experienced practitioners with progressions cued throughout.

A physical "work-out" and calming "work-in", that will free up your body and mind!

There will be a different theme each week over the 6-week block.

  • Week 1: Back to Basics - focus on fundamental postures and safe alignment
  • Week 2: Hips & Hamstrings
  • Week 3: Twist & Tone
  • Week 4: Shoulder TLC
  • Week 5: Back Bends
  • Week 6: Core Focus

Tickets: €8 per class.

50-minute practice each week.

72-hour recordings available for those not able to attend online.

Sarah believes that yoga can be accessible to all and is dedicated to helping students feel empowered in their practice by guiding them to work mindfully with their own bodies to build awareness and confidence. She aims to create safe and nurturing classes that intelligently work the body and allow students to explore that body-mind-spirit connection.

Sarah is a fan of strong, dynamic sequences so you can expect an invigorating, energetic class, which is always followed by a beautifully serene relaxation to melt away any remaining tension. Expect to feel incredible as you free up your body and mind.
