Oranmore Arts Festival, in conjunction with Unboxed Oranmore, presents... the first ever Baby Disco for Oranmore.

This is Kudos Night Club as you've never seen it before. Those funky moves that adults might have attempted into the early hours will be replaced, on the day b,y the free form expression that can, and should only be practised by toddlers as they react and bop and dance to a selection of tunes played at a reduced volume

Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?

The baby disco is aimed at children 0 to 6 years old. We would suggest that older children are kept away from the event to allow the younger ones to express themselves fully. However, we understand that older family members may be in attendance and would ask adult to excercise caution with our youngest visitors

Does each adult need a ticket?

Yes. Each adult should add one free ticket to their order, along with however many number of children tickets they require.

Can I drop my children off and collect them after the event?

No, You will need to stay with your child during the entire duration of the event

How do I access the event?

Kudos nightclub is accessed through the laneway which runs beside the Texaco service station. It will be clearly marked with the Oranmore Arts Festival logo.

What sort of music will be played?

The music will consist of a mix of some dance music mixed disco hits, and a couple of rock classics. However, all the music will be played at a reduced level in a relaxed atmosphere.

What are my transport/parking options for getting to and from the event?

PUBLIC TRANSPORT

A frequent public transport service from Galway City, Bus Eireann 404, leaves you opposite the AstroTurf in the centre of the village. From there, Kudos Nightclub is a short 5-minute walk. See the timetable below for full details.

PARKING

There is also ample free parking available in the village, beside and behind the Astroturf. However, space is dependant on what other events might be taking place in the village during the festival. Patrons are advised to arrive in good time to secure parking. However, access to the event will not be restricted once the event starts

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

Ideally, please bring a printed ticket to the event, or alternatively a copy of the email you receive once you purchase the ticket.

What's the refund policy?

At present, there is a 'No Refund' policy in place once tickets have been purchased as this event is a fundraiser for the festival.

What are the seating arrangements in the venue?

The floor space will be cleared and the children will have ample room to dance and move around. There will be tables around the edge for parents/ guardians to sit. Tea and coffee will be on sale and you can even order lunch from the kitchen in Keane's and eat it while your little ones dance away their time.

Is the venue wheelchair/buggy accessible?

Both Keanes Bar and Kudos Night Club are wheelchair accessible. However, it would be advisable to arrive early and to make contact with the Front of House staff to ensure we have suitable arrangements in place. What can I bring in to the event?

Nappies, wipes, spare clothes, bottles, chage of clothes

Is it ok if the name on my ticket or registration doesn't match the person who attends?

Ideally, the name should match but we realise the most 0 to 6-year-olds don't have credit cards.
