Agnieszka's passion for yoga started in 2002, when she attended her first yoga and meditation class in Poland. For 2 - 3 years she continued her practise in Shivananda Style. Later she tried also Bikram yoga, but only when started practising in Hatha tradition, she found her true connection to yoga. In 2010 she completed her 200h Yoga Teacher Training and since then she's offering Hatha Yoga classes in Galway.
Agnieszka has also huge passion for meditation and positive affirmations.She likes integrating them into her daily life and yoga practise.
