At this presentation for adults learn how a short course of Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) can be used to treat common types of anxiety and feel better.

- Overview of the various types of anxiety including, General Anxiety, Social Anxiety, Panic Attacks, Agoraphobia, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, Post Traumatic Stress, Phobias.

- Learn the main mental, emotional and behavioural signs of each type of anxiety.

- Learn how CBT treats each type of anxiety.
