About this event
Pam has been teaching yoga for over 20 years and loves introducing people to yoga, and guiding them in their progression. This evening class is suitable for beginners and improvers - yoga offers challenges no matter your level of experience.
The intention of this class is for students to experience the physical and mental benefits of this ancient Eastern practice. Physical benefits include building muscular strength, bone density, and flexibility. Mental benefits include cultivating focus, resilience and equanimity.
