About this event

The inescapable, pervasive and uncertain nature of the global pandemic has affected us all. Persistent stress, micro traumas, grief and the disruption we face affects in our work, our personal lives and in the intersection where they meet. This is a critical time to pay attention to burn-out, to managing stress and emotion, work/life balance, and the challenges of this unprecedented time. The workshop will address the imperative awareness of pandemic fatigue and its impact on self and work. It will also offer some tools for managing stress and moving beyond survive to thrive.

Presenter:

Cheryl Cohan BA, MMFT, RMFT.

Cheryl is a therapist, anthropologist, program facilitator. Cheryl specializes in individual, couple and family therapy, systems theories, trauma informed care, attachment, recovery, wellness and spiritual care. She is also director of a horticultural therapy center that specializes in rural retreats and nature focused programming.
