Event description
Our four panellists will be chatting about work placements, summer internships and apprenticeships in the development of industry skills.

About this Event

What exactly are industry skills and why are they so important? How can young women develop them in order to prepare for the future professional world?

Our four panellists are going to tell us all about this and their own personal experiences about how they prepared for their own careers:

  • Dairine Frawley, System Operations Senior Lead in Eirgrid
  • Mairead O’Leary, SAP Internship Experience Program Lead
  • Martha Kinch, second-year apprentice in the ESB
  • Amy Rowe, Software Development Engineer in MasterCard
