In this talk we explore the challenges of parenting while also having to manage a disability or life-limiting condition.
We explore the realities for Parents/Guardians and the routes towards the acceptance of your condition.
We give strategies on informing Children and Teens of your condition and outline the 5 Pillars of Wellness along with some tips on Self Care for Care-Givers and defeating your inner critic.
