About this event
Patrick McGilligan (1889-1979) was a TD from 1923-1965. During which time, he served as Minster for Industry & Commerce, External Affairs and Finance. He was called to the bar in 1921, and later became Professor of Law at UCD in 1934. He was the 14th Attorney General. This seminar will examine McGilligan’s contribution to the political, social, economic, and constitutional development of the Irish Free State
