On Friday August 10th Paula Cox and Paul Creane bring their intimate, harmony driven acoustic show to St James Wine Vaults in Bath

Paula Cox was the lead singer in The Bush, The Tree & Me from age 14. They recorded their first album on Epic with producer Stephen Street (The Smiths, Blur, The Cranberries) and also recorded and performed with artists such as Graham Coxen, Henry Olsen, Elbow and The Divine Comedy. They released two albums: How To Get Home & Mouthful Of Bees. Paula performed with Cathy Davey, is in Colm Mac Con Iomaire's eleven piece live band and you'll find her making noises in theatre and choral productions, film and documentary scores and The Frames' first new track in a decade, "None But I." Her debut solo album, "Two Headed Creature" is due for release in late 2018.

Paul Creane is a songwriter from Wexford, Ireland. He has released two albums to critical acclaim with his previous outfit Paul Creane & The Changing Band, and has toured extensively in The US, Australia and Europe. He has had two singles appear as finalists in the prestigious International Songwriting Competition and has a starring role in the recently released movie "Staid" for which he also composed the soundtrack. His debut solo album "One Trick Blue" is due for release in 2018.

Having worked together on various projects in Ireland, the pair have forged a connection that silences rooms. Following their acclaimed Irish and German tours in 2017-18, the duo are bringing their intimate, harmony driven acoustic back to Germany this winter.
