Only 8 places. The sessions last 60-70 min depending on the number of participants. Group will start with a minimum of 5 people. Only 18+
About this event
It will be a closed group, only those who sign up before the first session will attend. Part of the programme is set, part will depend on the requirements of the group members. Group will focus on:
- interpersonal difficulties
- emotional regulation
- impulse control problems
- unhelpful thinking patterns
- distress tolerance
- personal development
- and more
The approaches will include activities from humanistic, CBT, DBT, ACT, Mindfulness, expressive arts and more.
