Louise Carey and Laurie Schneider are the fun, friendly and experienced instructors behind Embodied Pilates Studio, opening in Derry in early 2022.

Ahead of the official opening of their studio, the ladies are inviting you to join them at one of two movement workshops in the City Hotel, Queen’s Quay, followed by a glass of bubbles.

Catering to all ages, levels, and abilities - from complete beginners to advanced practitioners – Laurie and Louise will help you strengthen, stretch, tone and elongate in this 90-minute workshop. They’re ready to get you up and moving and feeling great! All topped off with a glass of Prosecco and a special Embodied Pilates goody bag.
