Ever thought of pole fitness? Now it's your chance! Beginners workshop will go over the basic movements for pole tricks. You'll also learn your first pole routine! Pole fitness combines strength with flexibility with body alignment. All shapes and sizes welcome, no prerequisites necessary. We are an open and welcoming environment :)
