Grace Power works with a range of young people and adults in Festina Lente services who have various support needs, providing advocacy and supporting their social inclusion. Grace is qualified in Applied Behaviour Analysis and has over 11 years of experience working with vulnerable groups including children services, at-ris youth, children and adults with intellectual disabilities and or mental health concerns. Grace is passionate about Positive Behaviour support and Trauma informed practice in supporting people to achieve their goals and reach their full potential.
