Understanding coping responses
We will all respond to stress and in a particular way but that doesn’t always mean it works for us and reduces the strain we experience from the stress. This workshop will help you understand the three ways we all respond to stress. Through understanding ways to respond you can start to think of other options for responding to stressful situations. This is an exercise which is part of the 5-Step Method Intervention. The 5-Step Method is for family members of someone who has issues with substances or compulsive gambling.
