How well does our ‘Palaeolithic endocrine toolkit’ equip us for the complexities of the modern world? This ancient system of endocrine glands and hormones helps us to manage a sophisticated level of adaptation with our environment, but its subconscious intelligence may be at odds with the complexity of the modern environment. In this seminar we examine the endocrine system, using real case studies focusing on the interplay between the AHPA axis, neurotransmission, emotion, cellular energy production, structural integrity and female hormone balance.

Registration from 9.45am for a prompt 10am start! The event runs until 3.30pm and consists of 4 hours CPD (NTOI pending).
