A no nonsense day full of sound, practical and relevant advice for your business. Encompassing sales, social media, IT and digital bookkeeping from experts in their field.


Delivering a practical, hands-on session to help small businesses utilise technology more
effectively.


This session promises to be a ‘show me how to’ and not just simply ‘tell me what I should do’ when
running a small business. Each of the presenters brings a wealth of expertise to the table but most
importantly they have all started their own business in the past 18 months. They have first-hand
experience of what it is like to try to future proof a business on a shoe string budget. This session will
help other businesses move more efficiently through that journey with tailored support from experts
included.

IT


  1. Looking Professional from an IT Perspective - Learn how to have an IT Presence that makes you look professional and ensures customers won't be turned away

  2. Security - Learn some golden nuggets on how to keep your business IT Secure

  3. The Modern Office - Be efficient by using modern tools in your office that can increase your business's productivity and efficiency

  4. Backup - Learn the basics of a sound backup strategy to protect your's and your customer's data in case of data loss. Most people don't backup properly. Don't be one these people!

  1. Easy invoicing - Learn how to streamline sales paperwork from sales quote to invoicing

  2. Customer relationship Management (CRM)- How to keep track of your customers and their generated revenues

  3. Credit Control – Simplify the credit control process to all office staff

  4. Cashflow Management- Learn how to tract sales progress and invoicing over time to aid business cashflow

  1. Sales Simplified - Develop a clear understanding of SALES and Sales Personas, why this is relevant to your business
